The staff of the Single Call Center provide consultations on 1327 public services with subtypes, as well as services of the "electronic government" portal, on the activities of the Public Service Centers, on eOtinish and accept applications for home services for people with disabilities. The Single Call Center takes an active part in solving the strategic tasks of the state. The line 1414 operated as a hotline to provide citizens with information about victims and missing people as a result of the actions of criminal groups, provided assistance to non-residents while in the Republic of Kazakhstan, consulted on the bankruptcy of individuals, elections of deputies to the Parliament, legalization of cars in the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of social insurance, medical care and the National Fund for Children program. The Call Center 1414 has been providing services since June 1, 2023 on the issues of Compulsory Medical Insurance System and receipt of medical services by the population. Answers to questions of an advisory nature are provided to subscribers immediately, but if the appeal is situational and requires more in-depth consideration, then such questions are transferred to the Social Health Insurance Fund for a detailed check. At the same time, users can contact the Social Health Insurance Fund through alternative communication channels, such as the Qoldau 24/7 mobile application or @SaqtandyrýBot on Telegram.
